Waldemar Kowalski


Dr. Waldemar Kowalski joined the faculty of Northwest in 1986 after working at Western Pentecostal Bible College and pastoring at Chilliwack Pentecostal Tabernacle. At Northwest University he led the IT department before entering a consultant role in IT. As Professor of Bible and Theology, he taught Church History, Historical Theology, Greek Research Methods, the Pauline corpus, and Systematic Theology. His personal favorite was Christian Thought, the introductory theology class for incoming students. He has presented extensively at conferences in the US and Europe in technology as well as Bible and Theology. With his wife, Rosemarie, he now serves as co-pastor of Bandung International Church in Indonesia, while continuing teaching at NU and numerous institutions around the world. He is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God (US), and serves the denomination on its advisory theology commission.
