Terry and his family have been European missionaries since 1984, serving for almost ten years in Rome, Italy as the founding pastor of International Christian Fellowship. He served as the Senior Pastor of Brussels Christian Center in Brussels, Belgium from 1995-2005.

Terry currently serves as Vice-President of International Program for Convoy Of Hope, leading the team and developing partnership activities globally. He is also serving as a coach/consultant for two networks that he founded, Fellowship Of European International Churches (FEIC), Global International Church Network (GICN) and in several networking initiatives including the Development Team for Continental Theological Seminary in Brussels, Belgium, the leadership team of International Christian Fellowship in Malmo, Sweden and the teaching team of Accenture Christian Fellowship London, England.

Terry is a certified life coach who engages progressive leaders to co-create a change process that will inspire better performance at every level.
