The Hendersons have served for over 20 years as fully-appointed Assemblies of God World Missionaries. They currently serve as the Missionary Pastors of Vienna Christian Center in Vienna, Austria. VCC (as it is known) is a dynamic multi-cultural Ministry Center serving the international population in Vienna through it's twelve weekly services. These weekly worship services cover a diversity of more than 100 Nationalities and 16 languages.

Larry also leads FEIC, which is the Fellowship of European International Churches. FEIC is a network of 83 International Churches located all over the Europe region. The impact they are making is not only on Internationals but also reaching Austrians in their local context.

Since November 2019, the Hendersons have also served as Area Directors for Northern Europe. This area comprises 11 countries. They give oversight and care to the missionary body, help strengthen relationships with World AG partners, and recruit new missionaries that are needed to serve in Northern Europe.
